Identifying AIG-NCII using Fuzzy Faces

Nudification services represent one major source of AI-generated CSAM and NCII. These services generate harmful ‘undressed’ images of victims that remove clothing while maintaining the original facial region of a source image. We develop a novel detection method that can match modified images to their originals, using a combination of face localization and generalized version of image hashing. This allows owners to register their images to block undressed images from spreading.
