NeurIPS 2026 Hotel Information

Official Housing Note

NeurIPS has secured discounted group hotel rates, and we ask that all reservations be made through the official Housing Portal, which will be posted by the end of August 2026. Booking directly with any entity or elsewhere undermines the room-block commitments required to bring NeurIPS to any host city. Hotels will not confirm space directly and are aware of this policy. It also protects you: The official portal is the only guaranteed way to access approved hotels at conference rates, rather than risking a fraudulent or unauthorized site.

Exhibitors & Sponsors — Room Blocks (10+ Rooms), With or Without Space

If your company requires 10 or more rooms, email hotels@neurips.cc with your room count and arrival/departure dates and site of either Sydney or Atlanta. You'll be added to our housing list, and our team will reach out directly to coordinate. If you also need space for a function, please include those details as well.

Hosting an event alongside NeurIPS? Email hotels@neurips.cc with your date, time, expected attendance, and any preferences. All space requests must be approved — we'll check for conflicts with the official NeurIPS agenda, for the city you are requesting then clear the way for you to book directly with our official hotels.
