- Any physical registration includes the Virtual Pass.
- Any physical registration includes access to the affinity events and Expo.
- Virtual Pass includes virtual-only access to the live streams and videos of all the Conference Sessions, Tutorials and Workshops and the ability to interact using Rocket Chat.
- To help faciliate visa applications, Canadian immigration has asked that for those of you who need visa that you give us your visa application ID after you apply. If you need a Canadian visa: 1) Register 2) Generate an Invitation Letter 3) Apply for a visa 4) Return to the Invitation Letter page and fill out the form on the lower part of the page with your visa application id.

- Visa Name will be used in your Visa letter of invitation. It should match exactly the name on your passport.
We do not collect GST or VAT for this meeting. No tax invoice is necessary for this meeting.
Visa letters of invitation are generated only for the purpose of attending the physical conference. If you need documentation of your participation at the meeting for reimbursement, please use your registration receipt as proof of payment and your certificate of attendance (above in the Payment and Receipt section as your proof of attendance.
