- Badge Replacement: Treat your badge as cash see the Badge Replacement Policy.
- Any Physical Registration: Includes the Virtual Pass
- Affinity, Social, Expo Events: To attend an Affinity, Social or Expo event you need to be registered for the day that the event is held on.
- Virtual Pass: Includes virtual-only access to the live streams and videos of all the Conference Sessions, Tutorials, EXPOs and Workshops and the ability to interact with attendees.
- Update your Profile with your Institution
- Password must be at least 10 characters long.
- Visa: If you need a visa visit the Visa Information page.
- Recruitment: If you are open to being recruited by a sponsor, see section 6.
- Student ID: is required to get student discount. See more.
- Registration Receipt: email yourself a copy in section 3.
- Agree to the code of conduct, and privacy policy.
- Minors: You must be 14 years of age or older to attend in-person and you must attend with an adult
- Childcare: is available for children 4 months of age to 13 years old.
- If a session is sold out, you may put yourself on the Waitlist

- Your registration receipt and QR code will be delivered to the email listed below
- Firstname, Lastname and Institution will be printed on your meeting badge
- Visa Name will be used in your Visa letter of invitation. It should match exactly the name on your passport.
We do not collect GST or VAT for this meeting. No tax invoice is necessary for this meeting.
Visa letters of invitation are generated only for the purpose of attending the physical conference. If you need documentation of your participation at the meeting for reimbursement, please use your registration receipt as proof of payment and your certificate of attendance (above in the Payment and Receipt section as your proof of attendance.
