How do I get a Visa Letter of Invitation?

We only issue Visa Letters of Invitation to people who have a in-person registtation. Do not use the form for others traveling with you including spouses.

To generate your Visa Letter

• Click "My Stuff" in the top navigation bar.
• Click your current year registration.
• Click Visa Letter of Invitation.
• Fill in the form and click Email Letter of Invitation
