Harrah's and Harveys, site of both the Conference and Workshops, are directly across the street from each other and are connected via underground tunnel which you can use to commute between the two or take a quick walk outside.

Lake Tahoe Resort
Lake Tahoe Resort is directly across the street from the conference venue at Harrah's and Harveys, but Lake Tahoe Resort is on the California side of the border. This entire hotel is non-smoking. People with very high sensitivity to smoke are encouraged to stay here. A breakfast buffet is included and a nightly happy hour. Hotels in Reno
Rooms are available in Reno for those with early departures on December 11, 2013. Harrahs in Reno and the Peppermill in Reno offers free shuttle service to the airport. We suggest you make your own reservations soon for best pricing. Destination Tahoe will have a shuttle back to Reno on Tuesday, December 10 at 8:30 pm
Room Descriptions
Premium rooms at Harvey's are on higher floors and tend to be newer and they apparently have larger beds, compared to luxury rooms. Since that prices are the same, you will probably want the premium rooms above the luxury rooms, while availability lasts.
Most conference events will be at Harveys, except posters, demos, and some workshops. So if being nearby the conference is important, you may want to book at Harveys - however it only takes about 5 minutes to walk from one venue to the other.
Room Sharing
Harrah's is particularly well-suited for sharing a room because every room has two bathrooms.
