Abstract
Neural MMO 2.0 is built from the ground up for performance while maintaining the flexibility to support research on task-conditional reinforcement learning and open-ended curriculum generation. Following an introduction to the competition, I will give an overview of the technical hurdles involved in creating the platform and how we overcame them.
