Badge Replacement Policy

  • AM Badge replacement– Have until afternoon session begins to return with lost badge for full refund.
  • PM Badge replacement– Have until next morning before 1st session begins for full refund.
  • After 2 Badge replacements w/ refunds– the 3rd  badge replacement will require attendee to repurchase their badge at their original purchase price.
  • If 1 Badge replacement has not been returned for a refund- 2nd badge replacement will require attendee to repurchase their badge at their original purchase price.
  • Damaged, scuffed or torn badges will be replaced for free.
