Detecting State Changes in Dynamic Neuronal Networks

Our brain function depends on temporal modulation of neuronal networks. Neuronal developmental disorders (NDDs) such as autism spectrum disorder and Rett syndrome are associated with certain patterns of modulation. Our research goal is to identify state changes in neuronal activity associated with the onset of NDDs.
