OS X

1. Open System Preferences from the Apple menu
2. Click on theNetwork icon
3. Choose Airport or Ethernet from the list of network adapters in the Show: drop-down menu
4. Click on theTCP/IP tab. In the TCP/IP panel, changeConfigure Manually toUsing DHCP
5. Delete anyDomain Name Servers that are listed in the Domain Name Servers box
6. ClickApply Now

OS 8-9

1. Click on theTCP/IP Control Panel
2. From theConfigure drop-down menu, selectUsing DHCP Server
3. Make sure theDHCP client ID field is blank
4. Delete any servers that may be in theName server addr: box
5. Click on the Close box
6. Click the Save button on the save dialog box that appears.
