We welcome exhibitors at NIPS who are publishers of scientific journals and books.
There is a charge of $1,000 per table for exhibiting. If you are an official sponsor at the NIPS Conference ($6,000 and above), this charge will be waived.
To apply to become an exhibitor at NIPS, you must first log into your NIPS account and update it, or if you do not have an account you will be asked to create one. After you log in, complete this application form. Once you have submitted your application, you will be contacted by a member of the NIPS Conference staff with further details.
Please adhere to the exhibitor regulations required by the venue.
Each exhibitor will have one eight-foot skirted table (unless otherwise arranged). Your material will be placed under your exhibit table(s) on Monday, December 8, 2014 at Montreal Convention Center. You are welcome to open your exhibit table on Monday morning; the main conference officially opens Monday evening with a welcome reception, spotlights, and a poster session that will be held at Montreal Convention Center.
The entire exhibition area will have wireless available.
Arrangements may be made to send a limited amount of material to be displayed at an unmanned table. There is no charge for displaying material on this table. If applicable, check "unmanned" on the attached application form.

All arrangements for shipping and customs clearance, if appropriate, must be handled by the exhibitor.
Material should arrive no sooner than one week prior to the opening of the Conference. Materials will be placed under the exhibit tables on Monday, December 8, 2014 or earlier if needed.
If desired, exhibitors and sponsors may use a customs broker such as Mendelssohn. Please see the below document and form for more information.
