Cancellations

Cancellations on or before November 11, 2012 will be fully refunded. After November 11, 2012 NIPS reserves the right to refuse refunds. Refunds granted after this date will incur a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given on or after December 2, 2012.

Privacy Policy

Account information collected by NIPS is for internal use only. Collected information is only shared with NIPS committee members, board members, staff, volunteers, and in very limited cases sponsors, if that information is needed to carry out NIPS duties. NIPS does not sell user's or attendee's personal information to any other entity, ever.
