Exhibitor Information

We welcome publishers of scientific journals and books as exhibitors at NIPS 2005.

Each exhibitor will have one eight-foot skirted table (unless otherwise arranged).  Alternatively, arrangements may be made to send a limited amount of material to be displayed at an unmanned both.  If applicable, check "unmanned" on the attached application form.

There is no charge for exhibiting.

To register as an exhibitor please complete this application form.

We will be at the Hyatt Regency in Vancouver from December 5-8, 2005.

Exhibition Hours:

Materials will be placed under the exhibit tables by noon on Monday, December 5, 2005.

Shipping and Customs Clearance:  All arrangements for shipping and customs clearance, if appropriate, must be handled by the exhibitor.

Package Labeling Instructions: It is very important that the label instructions for each box (below) be followed exactly to ensure that your material will be directed to the correct location within the Hyatt Regency.

Material should arrive no sooner than one week prior to the opening of the Conference.
