Travel Support
NIPS makes funding available to support the travel of young investigators, post-doctoral fellows, and graduate students to attend NIPS 2003. Travel awards are in the amount of $400 (US) for travel from the US and within Canada and $600 (US) for participants arriving from elsewhere. Awards are based on merit, and weighted by need. Applicants who have received NIPS travel awards for two or more previous Conferences have a lower priority. Conference registration is not covered by travel awards.
